At Superlinked, we've hit an exciting milestone: it's time to build out our sales motion.
We arebuilding the information retrieval infrastructure of the future for enterprise clients, who are looking to improve retrieval quality and control in their AI-powered applications, while reducing costs and time-to-market. Our open-source Vector Compute framework abstracts away the complex engineering to speed up innovation. Our founder and CEO developed the models that predict $10Bn+ of ad performance at YouTube, and we are now bringing the same capabilities to every organization in the world.
Superlinked was founded by experienced leaders from Google and McKinsey, and is headquartered in Silicon Valley. We are backed by Index Ventures, Theory Ventures, MMC and a range of executives from leading tech companies including, Databricks, Clickhouse, and MongoDB, among others.
We’re based across San Francisco, London, Tel Aviv and Budapest - small team, friendly vibe, high expectations.
What we’re looking for:
Mindset & attitude (most important):
- You're excited to help build a startup’s sales engine from almost scratch
- You're curious and eager to learn
- You're comfortable building and managing a pipeline independently
- You care about learning how things work, not just following a script
- You’re motivated by impact and ownership
- You're ready to grow fast - and help us grow too
- You've a strong interest in tech and B2B partnerships
Experience & skills (nice to have):
- 1–2+ years in a Sales Development role, ideally in data/ML/infra
- Familiarity with data infrastructure, AI or related areas
Interview process
- Quick screening call.
- Discussions with C-level management: Ben & Daniel.
- Take home assignment.
- Talk to an experienced sales advisor.
- Reference calls
- In-person meeting with COO in London (Ben).
