Fast-growing consultancy company are looking to double the size of their sales team over the next 12 months and need ambitious people who want their effort to translate directly into earnings and career progression.
Please note due to rural location own transport is needed
What you’ll do Own a B2B desk: Build and nurture your own portfolio of UK clients using a consultative, account-management approach. Prospect with purpose: Make targeted outbound calls, gather key data, identify pain points and position the right energy solutions. Drive revenue: Earn commission on every qualified opportunity and an additional payout when it converts—uncapped. Collaborate & learn: Work closely with experienced mentors, share wins with your squad, and level up through 1-to-1 coaching.
Ideal Candidate Clear, confident communicator (written & verbal). Resilient self-starter who loves smashing targets. Team-player energy with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to understand customer needs and think commercially. Comfortable with Microsoft Office basics. No previous sales experience needed —they will teach you everything else.
