Clients can trust the knowledgeable and dedicated team to provide exceptional service for their engagement, special occasions, bespoke creations, as well as repairs and remodels.


Role Description

The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting clients in-store, managing customer inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining an organized and clean boutique, and assisting the Senior Sales Executives with daily tasks.


This is a full-time on-site position located in the Burlington Arcade.


Qualifications & requirements

  • Aspire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous sales experience and a passion for luxury goods and jewellery
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized and clean boutique
  • Well presented with a professional demeanour and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Retail experience is desired, but not essential.
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency


Hours

4 week days, plus 1 weekend day

9:15 to 17:45


Remuneration


Salary 23-25k plus annual bonus and pension
