Requirements & Qualifications:
Education or experience in an engineering business, marketing, or related field preferred
Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Technical knowledge is a plus, but not essential
What will your role look like?
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach
Sales Proposals: Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotes to potential customers
Sales Strategy Support: Assist in implementing sales strategies to grow market share
Diary & Time Management: Maintain weekly and monthly sales diaries, detailing calls, meetings, and objectives
Follow-up: Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints to ensure timely resolution
Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
Event Participation: Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services
