The Opportunity

The role is partially field-based at events, with 2 days a week in our Manchester or Leeds office. You’ll drive customer acquisitions, lead events, and play a key role in a company scaling fast — with ambition and performance as the only limits.

- Are based within a commute of Manchester or Leeds, flexible for weekend work (with Wednesdays & Thursdays off)
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have your own vehicle

- Experience creating, building, or leading something independently

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and support Brand Ambassadors to hit sales targets
- Plan and execute field events, leading by example
- Track, analyse, and optimise team performance
- Motivate your team and maintain accountability to hit ambitious goals
- Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy and growth
- Split your time between field-based events and 2 days in the Manchester or Leeds office
