Balancing perfect shades and buttery textures that melt into the skin with plant-based actives and cutting-edge science.Position SummaryWestman Atelier is seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager to drive sales, education, and events strategy, and cultivate strong relationships with our retail partner accounts. This role is pivotal in expanding our brand's presence and ensuring exceptional performance within a key international market. Note: This position is a fixed-term contract role, expected to last approximately 8–10 months.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account Management: Build strong brand and retailer partnerships with retail accounts; successfully execute brand strategic initiatives within the retail partner ecosystem; develop retailer-centric strategies tailored to each account, identifying joint objectives and building a sustainable business plan for growth; influence future retailer initiatives and collaborations to maximize in-store and online opportunities.Relationship Management & Collaboration: Build credible, collaborative relationships with internal teams (Marketing, Education, Operations) and external contacts at retail partners; collaborate with the wider EMEA team to develop an omnichannel strategy with 360 In-Store and Online brand plans.Performance & Market Analysis: Host monthly virtual meetings with accounts to discuss strategy and progress; monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities; lead bi-annual Market Meetings; conduct competitor pricing and new product analysis, and perform promotional audits.Requirements3-5 years of proven Key Account Management experience within beauty or luxury retail, with strong partnerships in the retail landscape.Demonstrated success in driving sales, managing relationships, and executing strategic plans within a retail environment.Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies (in-store and online).Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make data-driven decisions.Fluency in English; proactive, results-oriented, highly organized with strong project management skills.A collaborative team player with the ability to build internal and external relationships.Passion for the beauty industry, clean beauty, and alignment with Westman Atelier's brand values.Ability to travel as required.Location: London, United Kingdom.
