The Company
A well-established and design-led manufacturer within the bathroom sector is looking to appoint a commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and develop strategic national accounts across the UK.
This business has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and service within the KBB and merchant sectors and is now looking to strengthen its national account capability.
The Role
This is a true Key Account Management position focused on managing and growing relationships with:

National & Regional Bathroom Retail Groups
*
Buying Groups
*
Merchant Head Offices
*
Online & Multi-Channel Retailers
You will be responsible for:
*
Full P&L ownership of assigned accounts
*
Negotiating annual trading terms and JBPs
*
Driving range reviews and product listings
*
Delivering growth through margin management and promotional strategy
*
Working closely with marketing, product and supply chain
*
Identifying new national account opportunities
This is not a “run around and take orders” role. It requires commercial acumen, strategic thinking and strong negotiation capability.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a proven Key Account Manager who understands how the bathroom market operates at national level.
You will likely have:
*
Experience within Bathroom / Brassware / Showers / Sanitaryware / KBB
*
A track record of managing national or regional key accounts
*
Strong negotiation and commercial skills
*
Experience dealing with buying groups or national merchants
*
The ability to influence at Head Office level
*
A strategic mindset, not just transactional selling
Experience in brassware / taps would be highly advantageous.
