What You’ll Be Doing As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of customers across the Shropshire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire region. Your mission? To uncover what truly matters to your clients—and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that drive results.
You will: Spend time in the field, on-site with customers, and working remotely. Deep dive into customer challenges to uncover hidden opportunities. Build and execute strategic business plans that exceed revenue and profit targets. Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless, solution-led service. Use data and insight to stay ahead of market trends and competitors.
You’ll bring: Proven experience in field-based sales and account management. A solution-led mindset with a hunger to understand and solve client problems. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A flexible, open-minded approach to change and innovation. Experienced in Salesforce CRM or B2B experience. A valid driving licence (essential for the role).
