New Idea, a fast-growing garment manufacturer specializing in light woven, knit, outerwear, kids and denim, is looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager / Key Account Manager / Business Developer to join our international sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop strategic business partnerships with mass market fashion customers in the UK, while representing a company that believes in growing together and succeeding together.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales/business development in the textile or garment industry
• A strong portfolio of top-tier mass market customers (required to apply)
• Excellent skills in client development and relationship building
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel across the UK and internationally as needed
• Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Must reside in or be willing to work from the United Kingdom

• Experience working with high-volume garment production and trend-driven collections
• A professional, ethical approach to business development
