The successful candidate will manage key client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service within the construction and commercial training sectors.

Key Responsibilities for the Key Accounts Manager role:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact. • Proactively promote the company’s range of commercial and funded training courses to new and existing clients. • Identify and develop new business opportunities through telesales and client engagement. • Understand client training needs and provide tailored solutions to support their business goals. • Upsell and cross-sell training services, qualifications, and accreditations. • Ensure compliance with relevant construction training standards (e.g. CSCS, CITB, NVQs). • Maintain accurate records on the internal CRM system and produce reports as required. • Collaborate with the wider business development team to expand the client base. • Stay informed on sector trend...
