As a Keypad Sales Activation Agent or a Sweeper, you will play a vital role in finalising customer onboarding after the cooling-off period. Youll ensure that every keypad energy sale is correctly activated, customer details are confirmed, and the switch process runs smoothly. Youll be responsible for route planning, efficient time management, and providing excellent customer communication. Key Responsibilities Contact customers after the cooling-off period to confirm their keypad energy sale. Activate the sale in line with company procedures and compliance requirements. Plan and execute daily routes to maximise efficiency and productivity. Finalise sales by ensuring all customer information is accurate and complete. Handle customer queries and resolve minor objections in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of all completed activations. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover from initial sale to activation. About The Role Skills & Experience Required Strong organisational and route-planning skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Previous sales, activation, or field service experience (energy sector experience is an advantage). Basic IT literacy for updating records and using route-planning tools.
