As a Kitchen Designer, bring creativity and a customer-first mindset to deliver stunning kitchen designs for both Trade Customers and Homeowners. Use CAD to create custom plans, drive sales by maximising add-ons, and manage your quote bank to meet targets. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers as a key to success. Training and development will be provided; prior sector experience is not required. We value diverse backgrounds and a passion for design and sales.

Working hours Monday – Friday 7.30am–5.00pm and Saturday 8am–12pm (working 2 in 4 Saturdays). Flexible hours available; discuss at interview. What you’ll be responsible for
Designing for Traders and Homeowners: create bespoke kitchen designs that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. Building lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and support. Producing accurate kitchen plans and quotes for Homeowners and keeping Trade Customers updated. Using CAD to reflect the customer’s vision and tailor solutions accordingly. Networking and collaboration with the external Sales Rep to meet customer requirements. On-site visits to homes or building sites to create designs on CAD and present them to clients. Safety first: follow all safety policies and procedures to keep showroom and customers safe.
Who you are
No industry experience needed—transferable skills, customer service excellence, and drive to exceed sales targets. Methodical and tenacious: detail-oriented, organised, and results-driven. Excellent communicator with the ability to connect with homeowners and tradespeople. Friendly and outgoing with a positive, customer-focused approach. Full valid driving licence is required.
