OverviewImpact Air Systems Ltd and Impact Technical Services Ltd are expanding, and we’re looking for a technically skilled sales professional to join our dynamic team.LEV Technical Sales Manager | UK & Ireland | Hybrid (Home-based, Leicester office & nationwide travel)Salary: Competitive Salary + Commission + BenefitsThis is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on LEV system design expertise with proven sales ability, working with a market leader in air-based recycling, dust control, and industrial air movement solutions.The RoleAs LEV Technical Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for designing, specifying, and selling bespoke Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems and related products across the UK and Ireland. Your role will involve:Responding to LEV enquiries, generating leads, and developing new customer relationships.Conducting detailed site assessments and airflow measurements to fully understand client needs.Applying knowledge of COSHH regulations (including ACoP HSG258) to ensure compliance.Designing systems using airflow calculations, duct sizing, capture hood design, pressure loss calculations, and equipment selection (fans, filtration units, ductwork, controls).Working with suppliers and subcontractors to build cost-effective, compliant solutions.Preparing clear, technical quotations and presenting proposals to customers.Achieving annual sales targets of £1m+.Supporting a seamless handover to the project delivery team.What We’re Looking ForA proven track record in designing and selling LEV or industrial air handling systems.In-depth knowledge of airborne hazardous substances, workplace exposure limits, and control solutions.Minimum BOHS certification (P602) – or equivalent technical qualifications in occupational hygiene / LEV design.Strong technical skills: airflow calculations, ductwork design, pressure loss, and equipment integration.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – with the confidence to win new business.A methodical, problem-solving approach and the ability to translate technical detail into customer-focused solutions.Full UK driving licence (essential).CAD/3D software skills (desirable).Why Join UsWe deliver innovative air technology that helps businesses across multiple industries protect their workforce, improve efficiency, and support sustainability.
