Responsibilities include:

• Distribution of Leveraged Loans and High Yield Bonds in primary and secondary markets.
• Ensuring transaction execution meets investor and company requirements.
• Engaging in negotiations and developing sales opportunities.
• Planning client meetings and developing client relationships.
• Achieving financial targets.
• Communicating market information internally.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
• Managing risks associated with transactions.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in primary and secondary markets for loans and high-yield bonds.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
