Logistics & Sales Operations Coordinator – Brentford, London (Zone 4) | £30,000 – £35,000 | Hybrid Working: Office Based. 1 day WFH (post-probation)

Join a leading global CCTV Solutions company as a Logistics & Sales Operations Coordinator, supporting smooth operations across the UK and EU. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with logistics or sales operations experience to take ownership of key processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily shipping, invoicing, and proof-of-delivery (POD) for UK & EU

* Handle returns (RMA), warranty registration, and demo stock tracking

* Monitor inventory, resolve discrepancies, and update forecasts

* Liaise with sales teams and customers on ETAs, delays, and fulfilment updates

* Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and support data accuracy across systems (e.g. SAGE)

* Prepare regular reports for management and shareholders

About You:

* 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, operations, or sales support

* Confident using ERP / CRM systems (SAGE, Salesforce, etc.)

* Excellent organisation and time management skills

* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

* Comfortable working to tight deadlines
