We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Advisor to join our team on a 3-month fixed term contract within a prestigious luxury retail department store. Role Overview: As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service to all visitors and clients. You will have the unique opportunity to work in a high-end retail environment, assisting in showcasing our exclusive jewelry collections and offering personalized assistance to our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized advice and recommendations. Showcase and maintain extensive knowledge of our jewelry collections, including new arrivals and exclusive pieces. Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, fostering brand loyalty. Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting our collections and utilizing cross-selling techniques. Maintain the highest levels of customer service, ensuring a luxurious and memorable shopping experience. Assist in the visual merchandising of the display area, ensuring it reflects the brand's standards. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining the integrity of our inventory.
Qualifications: Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably within fine jewelry or fashion. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. A proactive approach with the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Fluent in English; additional language skills would be advantageous. A passion for fine jewelry and an appreciation for craftsmanship and design.
