We have an opportunity at our prestigious Derby Gallery to join the team as a Luxury Sales Consultant. We're looking for a proactive sales-focused team member, who is passionate about delivering great customer service and achieving sales targets. You'll work on assisting our current valued client base, as well as proactively building and fostering new customer relationships for the gallery and the business by selling our exceptional art, by artists including Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Ronnie Wood, and Johnny Depp to name a few. There are new releases and gallery events and exhibitions throughout the year to help you strengthen and make the most of these client relationships. Who We're Looking For • You have a proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets, are highly motivated to meet goals, and bring previous 1-2-1 sales experience with the ability to adapt to different client needs. • You're assured in your communication skills, both in person and over the phone, and able to assist our valued client base while proactively building and fostering new customer relationships for the gallery. • You are self-assured, highly presentable, and grasp the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
