This internship, based in our London HQ, offers hands-on exposure to international hiring, market research, and cross-cultural communication in English and Mandarin!

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting market and competitor analysis across China, the US, and the EU biotech sectors.
• Translating scientific job descriptions, outreach to candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Searching for candidates and understanding what they are looking for.
• Participating in client meetings and contributing to hiring plans and BD initiatives.

About You

• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Academic background in life sciences, biotech, or related field is preferred but not essential.
• Strong research, writing, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, and Boolean logic preferred.
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program.
• Degree in a life science related field is beneficial but not essential.
