We want a Marketing Executive to drive our focus on supplying the sales team with warm leads. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the email channel by writing campaigns, experimenting with personalisation, and using data to improve performance. You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads and have opportunities to test ideas, including AI-driven automation and targeting.ResponsibilitiesPlan, build and send email campaigns that create engagement and deliver warm leads for the sales team.Track campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, A/B tests) and use insights to improve targeting, content, and timing.Write and edit on-brand, high-impact email copy that drives action.Test new ideas—including personalisation at scale and AI tools—to keep the approach fresh and effective.Collaborate with channel, compliance/brand stakeholders to deliver the first version of email copy for campaigns, leveraging insights from monthly call listening.Create and maintain a repository of competitor creative inspiration.Provide monthly reporting on campaign results and creative testing.Maintain audience lists and manage unsubscribes (SQL skills optional and upskilled as needed).Optimise and maintain the CRM (HubSpot) to help the sales team identify opportunities.Support the Demand Generation Manager on day-to-day activities, which may include warm lead provider management, inbound lead screening, Account Based Marketing support, and intent score modeling.The Ideal Candidate WillBe confident in analysing email campaign performance and using data to improve subject lines, content, segmentation, and send times to drive engagement and ROI.Be naturally curious and keen to learn from the wider team.Have strong copywriting skills and an excellent eye for detail.Be a strong communicator and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and seniority levels.Be well organised and able to manage time effectively.Be curious about AI and interested in how it can automate and personalise content at scale.Why join us?Be at the centre of sales growth—your campaigns will have a direct impact on revenue.Work in a fast-growing business where you’ll be trusted to take ownership from day one.Collaborate with a dynamic sales team and see how your work drives real results.Get hands-on with new marketing tools and approaches, from AI personalisation to advanced CRM optimisation.Clear opportunities for career growth with a path into marketing leadership.The salaryWe expect to pay from £30,000 - £45,000 for this role. We’re open to considering your salary goals with your application.
