The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Mechanical Sales Engineer to help drive Vibraplant’s next phase of growth. This role offers flexibility for both experienced technical sales professionals and mechanically skilled engineers who are ready to move into a commercial role.


You’ll manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with our technical design and manufacturing teams to deliver both standard & tailored vibration-based process solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and existing account development.
  • Understand client processes and translate their needs into engineered solutions.
  • Promote sales & marketing of Vibraplant standard range.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical specifications, within the companies established sales procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support strategic sales planning and contribute to marketing initiatives.
  • Attend trade shows, site visits, and client meetings across the UK.


About You

  • HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in sales of technical or capital equipment or a strong mechanical engineering background with commercial ambition. (Specific Training will be provided)
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
