Medical Sales Representative - Spinal & Orthopaedic Devices

Location: North East England

Salary: Competitive basic + car allowance + bonus

The Role

• Build and manage relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital decision-makers
• Provide in-theatre support to surgeons, becoming clinically competent with the product range
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase solutions
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, closing opportunities effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and market insights
• Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining accurate reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience in medical sales or healthcare sales advantageous
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion to succeed
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory (field-based role)
• Strong work ethic with a genuine drive to grow the assigned territory
