Youll be the face of nhow London for business enquiries, converting leads into revenue while showcasing the unique, lifestyle-driven experience we offer.
What part will you play in creating the unforgettable? Be the main point of contact for all business sales enquiries Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads Convert enquiries into confirmed business with a focus on profitability Conduct client site visits and manage walk-ins Collaborate with HODs to ensure seamless event delivery Maintain accurate reporting and follow-ups via MB files Engage with platforms like Cvent, C4C, Proven, and Venue Directory Work closely with Revenue and Director of Sales on key accounts Use SAP for internal coordination (experience preferred) Champion upselling and cross-selling opportunities Be an enthusiastic brand ambassador for nhow London. What Youll Bring: Previous experience in hotel sales or hospitality - reception, guest relations and reservations. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset A passion for lifestyle hospitality and creative environments
