As we work towards the UK’s 2030 net zero target, we are looking for a proactive and people-focused Field Team Manager to support the Regional Operations Manager in leading regional field operations across North East London. This role will cover the BR, CR, KT, SM, SW, TW postcode areas, so a good understanding of the local geography & workforce landscape is essential. You will be responsible for leading a team of Meter Operatives, ensuring performance targets, safety standards, and compliance requirements are met, while delivering against key business objectives. The role also includes resource planning, team development, and budget responsibility, making this a varied and influential leadership position. Please note: candidates must have prior experience in the metering industry and have previously managed field-based teams within this sector.
