Salary: Up to £45,000 basic | £60,000 OTE (including RSUs)

The Opportunity

We’re searching for a German-speaking Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to join their London team. You'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market clients, helping them expand their international eCommerce operations, increase revenue, and create exceptional customer experiences.

This role suits someone commercially minded, data-driven, and fluent in German ideally with experience in SaaS, tech, or logistics solutions. You'll combine account management, client strategy, and performance insight to drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for your client portfolio, coordinating internally to deliver on business objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, including senior and C-level contacts.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, expanding existing accounts.
  • Analyse client performance data and deliver strategic insights through regular reviews and reports.
  • Prepare and present QBRs, sharing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Anticipate client needs, identify potential risks, and maintain consistently high satisfaction levels.

About You

  • 1-3 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, or logistics.
  • Native or fluent German speaker with excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven track record in growing existing client accounts and delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset comfortable interpreting data and presenting insights clearly.
  • Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple projects.
  • Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience).
