What you'll do

Guide customers through their MINI journey - from initial contact to vehicle handover. Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and communication. Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring every customer feels valued. Stay up to date with MINI models, features, and finance options. Represent the North Oxford Garage and MINI brands with professionalism and pride.

What we're looking for

A confident communicator with a passion for customer satisfaction. Sales experience (automotive preferred but not essential). A proactive, motivated approach to achieving results. A full UK driving licence.
