THE ROLE:

As the National Sales Manager, you'll take full ownership of leading and driving performance across the UK sales team. Managing a team of 7 Key Account Managers, you'll be responsible for delivering strategic growth across a portfolio of surgical and endoscopy products, including both capital equipment and consumables.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a commercially astute manager who can coach, develop, and inspire a team to exceed targets while maintaining strong relationships with theatre teams, procurement departments, and clinical stakeholders within both NHS and private hospitals.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this National Sales Manager position, you will demonstrate:

* Proven success as a Regional Sales Manager or equivalent, ready to step into national leadership

* Experience selling surgical or endoscopy products

* A strong track record in selling a mix of capital equipment and consumables

* A growth mindset with the ability to coach and inspire others

* Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial skills

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally

THE PACKAGE FOR NATIONAL SALES MANAGER:

* Basic salary: up to £80,000

* Bonus: £20,000 OTE, with overperformance incentives

* Car: electric company car or £750/month car allowance

* Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Location: National role - candidates can be based anywhere in the UK with access to major transport links.
