The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, high-performing National Sales Manager to drive new business growth across the UK.

You’ll be an experienced SaaS salesperson who thrives on building relationships, uncovering client needs, and closing complex deals that deliver real value.

This is an external, field-based role — perfect for someone who loves autonomy, meeting clients, and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

  • Develop and execute a national new-business strategy for our SaaS platform.
  • Target and sell into FM, cleaning, security, engineering, FMCG, and retail sectors.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Deliver engaging demos and ROI-led presentations to decision-makers.
  • Build strong relationships with Operations, HR, and IT Directors.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings nationally.
  • Use CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce) for accurate pipeline management and reporting.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience (hunter / new-business focus).
  • Ideally, experience selling into FM, cleaning, security, engineering, FMCG, or retail.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and confident communication style.
  • Commercially astute, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Must be within 2 hours’ drive of Canvey Island, Essex (1 office day per week).
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
  • Experience in workforce management, field service, or operational software.
  • Understanding of route optimisation, compliance tracking, or mobile data systems.
  • Ability to translate technical features into clear business benefits.
