National Sales Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic National Sales Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and drive the commercial success of our UK organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for implementing our sales and clinical strategy, leading a team of Regional Business Managers, and fostering a culture of excellence. This is a key role for a results-oriented leader who can inspire their team to exceed targets and build lasting customer partnerships.
Hours of Work: Full-time with flexible hybrid working options, including travelling throughout the UK.
National Sales Manager Duties:
What You'll Be Doing
- Commercial Leadership: Create and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed targets, manage contract reviews and tenders, and stay ahead of market trends and competitors. You will drive formulary wins, expand our presence across the Wound, Stoma, and Incontinence market segments, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
- People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and clinical team. You will recruit and train new team members, foster a collaborative "Team Ethos" based on core values like excellence, growth, and innovation, and create a supportive environment where every voice is heard.
- Training & Development: Define and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the entire sales and clinical organization, providing hands-on coaching and development to your Regional Business Managers.
- Customer Partnership: Lead key opinion leader (KOL) identification and development, ensure the implementation of our gold-standard customer education programs, and use health economics data to demonstrate the long-term value of partnering with us.
