We are looking for a New Business Sales Associate to support the growth within the new business sector.

This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and proactively contacting existing and potential customers to generate opportunities for the UK and export sales teams. Our ambition is to build and maintain strong client relationships while meeting business development objectives.

Key responsibilities:

To develop a good knowledge of the Company’s product portfolio

To proactively make and receive calls for the Company’s product portfolio to Key Customers/Installers/End Users within the UK

To develop sales opportunities through a defined list of Customers

To follow up on issued quotes to help increase sales

To participate in weekly sales calls and to attend quarterly Sales meetings

Profile

Qualifications/Skills required to succeed in the position:

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues

Proactive approach and proven track record making and receiving customer calls

Willingness to learn, self-motivation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Keen sense of customer satisfaction and customer relations

Highly valued:

2 years of experience within an industry that sells IT / Technical products

Place of work:

Position based in Poole HQ.

Hybrid working after probation period

Hours of Work :

40 hours per week (8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday - 30 min lunch break)
