Job Title: New Home Sales Advisor Location: Site based, Yorkshire region Salary: £24,000 basic + commission (OTE £50,000) Driving Licence: Required (mileage covered) Hours: 35 hours per week Overall Purpose of the Role: You'll be the guiding hand that helps our customers find and buy the home that's right for them, making what can be a stressful experience a wonderful one. From reservation to handover, you'll support them as they make the decisions, big and small, that make their dreams a reality. You'll also work with like-minded team members in our Project Management, Sales and Marketing teams to make sure developments meet the high standards of the brand and are filled with happy customers.
