New Homes Sales Advisor, Residential Sales Advisor, or Estate Agent

who wants to play a key role in the sales of this prestigious development. Requirements Previous experience in the property sector New homes sales experience (Estate Agency background considered) Knowledge of conveyancing and sales progression Understanding of mortgage and finance processes Experience with off-plan sales Key Competences Excellent presentation & communication skills Service-driven, professional, and customer-focused Adaptable, resilient, and able to work under pressure Strong administrative and organisational abilities Solid understanding of the sales process from reservation through to completion Ability to read sales/site plans and 1:50 scale drawings Maintaining show home presentation standards Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Whats on Offer £24,000
