Role Overview

We are offering an exciting opportunity for two Non-Advised Sales Consultants within our Financial Services Sales team for 12 months. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or develop their career in Financial Services, with comprehensive training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers through the full end-to-end process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and meeting activity and performance targets.
• Engage with customers via leads from our generator networks or agency partners, understanding their circumstances, providing product information, and completing administrative duties.
• Develop relationships with the Financial Services team and NFU Mutual Agency Network to generate and improve quality of leads, supporting the growth of our non-advised channel.
• Participate in a thorough training program combining classroom and practical experience, followed by ongoing support to build confidence and expertise.

Location & Working Arrangements

This role is based at our Tiddington Head Office near Stratford-Upon-Avon. Initially, the role involves full-time office work, transitioning to a hybrid model of 80% homeworking and 20% office presence post-training. Flexibility for part-time hours is also available.

Candidate Profile

We seek motivated individuals with a positive attitude, excellent customer service or sales experience, and a willingness to learn. Prior Financial Services experience is desirable but not essential. Key skills include:

• Experience in telephone-based sales or customer service
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage stakeholders, and demonstrate resilience
