THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to: Head of Off Trade
Key internal relationships: Head of Off Trade, Off Trade NAE, Retail Supply Operations, Internship team, Student Ambassadors
Key external relationships: In-store Teams, Demand Planners, RTM contacts, Supply Managers
Key responsibilities:
1. Driving store level sales - you will be leading key relationships at store level, spending 2-3 days per week field-based to deliver best-in-class store execution and drive the topline. You will identify opportunities and engage stakeholders at store level to drive improvements, increasing rate of sale across the Off Trade week on week.
2. On shelf availability, visibility & consistency - you will contribute in optimising how JUBEL shows up in the retail landscape, making sure we’re available, always visible and standing out to customers who are shopping the beer fixture; including making sure we have the toolkit to do this. You’ll need to leverage and collaborate with a network of store level contacts to ensure the best possible results for JUBEL in store.
3. Independent convenience project - you will lead on business development opportunities for JUBEL in premium independent convenience, working both top-down and bottom-up to build demand and work with RTM partners. You will be responsible for building demand within this arm of the Off Trade and shaping a framework and strategy for how we unlock and grow independent retail across London and beyond
4. Performance analysis - you will be responsible for interpreting retailer EPOS data at store-level, both for national retailers and independent operators. You will build tools to give a clear understanding of how we’re tracking, inform focus areas and actions for members of the team both internally/externally, and ensure that we have the information necessary to leverage improvements.
5. Store ambassadors - you will take a leading role in how our store strategy is rolled out across the wider team, including involvement with our Summer Internship team and launch of Student Brand Ambassadors programme. You will be responsible for setting clear retail briefs and organising store visits across the team to ensure we are focusing on the biggest opportunities and executing these to their maximum potential

Qualification: degree, preferably in relevant area such as business, marketing or management

Knowledge & Experience
- Preferably experience in FMCG/Grocery sector, with sales experience a strong plus
- Excellent relationship builder internally and externally
- Ability to use Google Sheets & MS Excel proficiently
- Ability to interpret & present data to deliver a compelling ‘sell’
- Preferably experience working with retail stores

OTHER DETAILS
Start date: as soon as possible
Location:hybrid of field / office based in London
Salary banding: £30,000-£33,000 (based on experience)
Travel: Zones 1-3 Travelcard
Annual gift: £100 gift budget for each year you are with the business (e.g. year 3 = £300 to spend however you wish)
Hours: full-time, flexibility will be essential as occasionally you will be required to work some evenings and weekends
