Role: Office Administrator & Sales Support Location: Ellesmere Port Type: Permanent Salary: £25,396- £30,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Russell Taylor Group are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator & Sales Support professional to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team. This dual-role position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while providing support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Role: Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery schedules, and product availability Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales orders, quotations, and customer correspondence Setting up new supplier accounts Assist in the processing of sales orders, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately Maintain customer records on their system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate. Manage general office operations Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a point of contact for any issues General administration
