A specialist FMCG supplier is currently seeking an Office Sales Manager to join them as they move to the next level of growth and development within the business. Reporting to the MD and leading a team of 6, the Office Sales Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and a seamless customer experience. You will be a key player in transitioning the team from an order fulfillment model to a proactive, results-driven sales culture. Key Responsibilities of the Office Sales Manager Include: * Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a dedicated sales team, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment. * Sales Strategy: Work with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business objectives and identify new opportunities for growth. * Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to improve productivity. * Communication: Act as a crucial link between the sales team and leadership, providing insights and ensuring clear communication across all departments.
