Join Our Team as an Online Sales Executive! Position : Online Sales Executive Location : Thurrock Lakeside Retail Park (Office-based role, not remote) Salary : £25,000 per annum (£40,000-£45,000 OTE)

Working Hours : Office-based, 5 days over 7 (not every Saturday and Sunday) Opening Hours : Monday to Friday: 10?am–8?pm, Saturday: 9?am–6?pm, Sunday: 10:30?am–5?pm What's the Role? You'll be the friendly voice (and email/chat wizard) helping customers who browse online but want a personal touch. Whether it's a quick call, a chat pop-up, or an email, you'll be there to give great advice, answer questions, and help people find the perfect furniture for their home. What You'll Be Doing: Reaching out to customers by phone, chat, and email to talk all things furniture.

Handling orders quickly and accurately.

Sharing all the info on product availability, prices, and delivery.

Keeping customer records neat and up to date.

Following up on enquiries to turn interest into sales.

Working hand-in-hand with the store and delivery teams to keep things running smoothly.

Sorting out any customer concerns like a pro.
