Operations Lead – Plant Hire Industry Location: Penrith, Cumbria Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (£18–£22 per hour) Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–17:00 About the Company Interaction Technical is proud to partner with a nationally recognised plant hire firm with over 30 years of industry experience. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to take ownership of a busy but compact depot in Carlisle. You'll be supported by a regional team and given the autonomy to shape the depot's performance and service delivery.
