Role Overview: As the Outbound Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a dynamic outbound sales team. This role requires hands-on outbound experience, a passion for coaching, and a sharp commercial focus. You'll be expected to build a high-energy culture, enforce standards, and ultimately drive qualified opportunities that contribute to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead from the front with active involvement in outbound sales efforts including cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. Coach and develop sales reps through regular call reviews, 1:1 sessions, and targeted skills training.
