Outbound Sales Executive Location: City Centre Salary: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour (DOE). Temp to Perm Opportunity Hours: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home Permanent Salary (After 12 weeks): From £26,000 + OTE bonus (£10,000-£12,000 in Year 1) Are you a driven and motivated sales professional looking for a new challenge with a progressive, family-run business? We’re offering an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity for an Outbound Sales Executive to join a close-knit team in the heart of the city centre. This role provides the potential for a permanent position after 12 weeks, with a competitive salary starting at £26,000 and an attractive bonus potential of £10-12k OTE in your first year. As an Outbound Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and drive sales for the business. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services * Qualify leads and set appointments, and diarise follow ups * Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions * Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs * Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in sales, ideally in a B2B outbound contact centre environment.
