Competitive About Us We are a friendly and successful Chartered Surveyor company looking for a confident and well-organised Sales Support Administrator to join our team. You will play a key role in contacting potential customers, following up warm leads, and keeping our sales pipeline moving. We are looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.
Please note that this is a fixed terms contract for 3 months, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate if the project allows. Key Responsibilities Making outbound calls to warm sales leads received via online platform Answering inbound sales queries (via telephone and email) and providing friendly, helpful information Recording call outcomes, updating CRM systems, and tracking progress Scheduling follow-up calls or appointments Drafting and sending follow-up emails to prospective customers Supporting general sales administration and record-keeping Essential Skills & Experience Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly Confident and clear communication skills Well-organised and able to manage multiple follow-ups Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, and CRM systems preferred) Self-motivated with a positive, proactive approach Comfortable working to targets and deadlines What We Offer Flexible hours to fit around your commitments Supportive and close-knit team environment Opportunities to develop sales and customer service skills
