Job Title: Parts Advisor Location: Hayes Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 + Alternate Saturdays, 8:30–12:30 Salary: £30,000 + £7,000 Bonus Contract: Temp to Perm (3-month agency trial)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling customer queries and processing orders Managing parts requisitions Providing accurate product information and advice Supporting with inventory control and ordering Issuing credits and processing return requests Verifying invoices and responding to customer email queries Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records Taking card payments over the phone (Desirable)Experience in goods-in receiving, ordering, or banking/payment allocation

What we're Looking For:

Good Excel skills & strong attention to detail Data entry experience Basic understanding of invoices, credits & ledgers Hard-working, reliable & a strong team player Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach (Desirable)Experience in ordering, goods-in, or banking/payment allocation
