We are hiring a Patient Coordinator & Aesthetic Sales Lead to oversee the client journey from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up. This is a key role for someone with both front-of-house presence and sales drive, ideally with experience in the aesthetics or cosmetic industry.

You'll manage consultations, support clinicians, and play an active role in meeting sales targets while ensuring each patient receives a five-star experience.

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Convert leads into consultations and bookings
• Advise clients on treatment options, pricing, and aftercare
• Support practitioners and maintain smooth appointment flow
• Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and protocols followed
• Track performance and manage CRM entries
• Suggest ways to improve the patient experience and sales strategy

• Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetics, beauty, or cosmetic clinics
• Strong sales skills with proven conversion rates
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Organised, polished, and confident under pressure
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends
• Comfortable using booking and CRM systems (e.g. Pabau, Phorest)
