Think big and act bold through expressing your authentic best self! Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Principal Solution Architect, Sales Performance Management (SPM) to join our Professional Services team in the UK .
Your Impact
Responsibilities
As a Principal Solution Architect, you are responsible for the successful delivery of Anaplan planning solutions in strategic accounts. You will:
Serve as the Architectural SME for large-scale Sales Performance Management implementations
Work with customer teams to transform and optimise business process through the Anaplan Platform
Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models
Support scoping, estimations and customer presentations as part of a Solution Sales process
Assist with knowledge management, mentoring and enablement across the Professional Services Teams
Maintain relationships across internal teams, customers and partners
Design and lead development of data integration and migration solutions
Support and oversee UAT testing and deployment
Preferred Skills
Tenured experience implementing Sales Performance Management Solutions (Anaplan, SAP, Varicent or similar)
Domain expertise in Sales Performance Management (Sales Forecasting, Territory and Quota, Incentive Compensation Management)
Ability to lead and consult on complex projects
Knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology
Experience of data integration processes and platforms
Passion for business analytics, modelling and planning
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Results-oriented, highly motivated, a self-starter
