Orange Cyberdefense is the expert cyber security business unit of the Orange Group, providing security consulting, solutions, and services to organizations worldwide. We aim to protect freedom and build a safer digital society. We are seeking a Professional Services Sales Manager to join our UK team.
Orange Cyberdefense UK aims to become the market leader by increasing share from our Strategic Accounts (typically multinational and large national clients) and acquiring new clients with similar profiles. Recently, we have focused on key accounts, leading to increased success and higher service-based revenues. Our growth focus is on our professional services capabilities, including Advisory, Security Testing, Professional Services, and SecOps.
To enhance our ability to construct and win these deals, we believe a dedicated, senior role focused on Professional Services will support our sales team evolution. This role will be both customer-facing and a senior voice within the UK Sales Management team. It is a management role, initially without direct team management responsibilities.
This is a highly commercial, relationship-driven role requiring market understanding, portfolio management, and sales expertise.
Key responsibilities:
- Own UK professional services targets and align with the UK sales team, supporting account allocation and target setting.
- Enhance market recognition of UK services, collaborating with marketing, global product/service lines, and external agencies.
- Develop and execute Account Based Marketing plans and account development strategies focused on services engagement.
- Manage pipeline and reporting for Professional Services, providing regular updates to UK MD and SD.
- Identify enabling technology partnerships to drive service revenue growth, such as assessment capabilities.
- Upskill the UK sales team on advisory capabilities.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure proper transaction mechanisms.
What we expect from you:
- Proven experience selling cybersecurity advisory and professional services (Essential)
- Experience building advisory go-to-market strategies
- Strong commercial acumen to build complex service offerings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all levels
- Stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to mentor sales teams in advisory sales
- Strong organizational skills
