Our client are a dynamic and forward-thinking design and build (D&B) fit out firm based in the heart of London. With a current turnover of approximately £20M, they are poised for substantial growth and are seeking an experienced Project Director to join their team and drive their ambitious plans forward.

As the Project Director, you will be at the forefront of the business, responsible for managing the entire sales and client experience process. Your extensive network and proven track record in the industry will be crucial in helping them achieve their growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initial client engagement to project completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Drive business development efforts, leveraging your network to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Director in the D&B fit out industry.
• Strong network within the industry, with the ability to tap into new business opportunities.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding client experiences.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
