Due to an increasing pipeline of projects, they are looking to appoint a Project Director (Sales)to join their team.

Specific Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead and develop a high-performing, motivated, and cohesive team.

Conduct regular 1:1s and appraisals to enhance individual and team performance.

Set clear deliverables, hold weekly team meetings, and uphold quality standards.

Winning New Business Attend and prepare for all client meetings with thorough research and coordination with Business Development.

Assess project opportunities and determine where to allocate resources.

Lead pre-tender discussions, define win strategies, and act as central client contact.
