A leading fund manager is seeking a Project Manager to lead their Sales Enablement function and act as a conduit between Technology and Client focussed/Sales teams.


Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Define and own the Sales Enablement technology roadmap, working alongside the Distribution leadership to transform the organisation into a tech-enabled, data-driven, client-centric operation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Management, and Reporting teams to identify business needs, and design, build, and roll out client-focused solutions that deliver high-touch support.
  • Drive strategic initiatives by building and overseeing an in-house Salesforce development team, coordinating with other tech product units, and ensuring seamless, value-adding integration across tech products.
  • Manage the Sales Enablement and Marketing Tech vendor portfolio by fostering relationships with vendor product teams and influencing their roadmaps.
  • Stay abreast of market developments, engage with industry peers, monitor emerging trends, and refine the tech stack to accelerate business transformation.


The role requires:

  • Ideally minimum five years’ experience in asset management distribution or consulting experience servicing the funds industry; experience working with Salesforce is a strong advantage.
  • Curious, hands-on, proactive, and confident with strong influencing skills.
  • A SaaS-native mindset, with an understanding of SaaS platform roadmaps, evolving capabilities, and strategic trade-offs. Experience in translating SaaS product updates into business value is essential.
  • Comfortable managing a broad set of stakeholders and able to prioritise effectively to deliver impact.
  • Fluency in English; good knowledge of French is a plus (not essential).
  • Happy with regular business travel to Europe.
