Role: Sales Consultant We are looking for a sales consultant, either with previous experience in estate agency or in sales more generally. The key to our success is building lasting relationships with our clients, going the extra mile and always striving to exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities
Helping our clients to buy and sell residential properties by managing the entire process from the initial property valuation, the marketing, the property viewings and the final negotiations. Creating and promoting listings on various online platforms. Conducting property viewings. Acting as a liaison between buyers and sellers. Coordinating with other professionals such as solicitors and mortgage brokers; ensuring a successful transaction.
Qualifications
Must live within 30 minutes of Hemel Hempstead. Driving licence (required).
