This role is ideal for an ambitious person with an already proven sales background who will be focused on the growing the membership base and delivering a top class member experience.

The main responsibilities of the Reception & Sales Manager are: Generating your own leads with pro-active approaches Touring prospective members around the club's facilities Leading a team of 4-5 Receptionists and Sales Consultants. Leading the day to day operation of the studio. Delivering first class customer service. Leading the sales team by example and ensuring that all personal/team targets are met.

The candidate: Experience in working in sales and leading a sales team. Proven focus and desire to deliver top class customer service. A background in a fitness studio that delivers yoga or pilates is ideal. Experience in managing a team and leading studio operations. A positive and proactive attitude is a must.
