The Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll take the sales skills you already have and apply them to a career where your results directly impact your earnings and progression. Youll be building relationships with clients, sourcing top tech professionals, and managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and developing new business with hiring managers
Networking, sourcing, and headhunting high-calibre candidates
Writing adverts and screening applications
Running interviews and managing offers
Hitting sales targets and earning commission on every placement
What Were Looking For:
At least 6 months experience in a sales or target-driven environment
Confident communicator with excellent people skills
Competitive, resilient, and money-motivated
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Ambition to progress quickly in a performance-led career
